BtoB solutions, defined as processes and tools supporting the flows of exchange of information between Carrefour and its business partners, are being implemented progressively in all countries where Carrefour group is operating.
The Carrefour group BtoB strategy provides a frame to the information exchange and is based on the following elements : - respect and use of the GS1 international standards - harmonization of « basics » BtoB solutions through the set up of a common foundation - personalization of advanced BtoB solutions used within a strategic partnership framework
The strategy will be implemented locally taking into consideration the level of maturity of each country.
