An international ScoreCard and a dedicated team in order to go further in the collaboration with our top manufacturers

With the Supply Chain Group, the Supplier Relation team has at its disposal 4 monthly indicators from each country for our 50 top manufacturers:
- Service Level
- Logistic stock
- Store stock
- On-Shelf Availability (OSA)
Those indicators are based on precise calculation rules shared with our suppliers.

The objective of this scorecard is to measure Supply Chain performance of our suppliers, identify problems, and put in place corrective actions.

Beyond those alerts, a benchmark between suppliers of a given category allows to determine the Best In Class.

Complementary to this scorecard, each country up-to-dates every quarter the collaborative process map, which allows to identify per supplier/country the implementation of processes in order to reach Supply Chain operational excellence
